Individual functional muscle assessments to determine the muscle systems of your body that are not working properly, thus creating pain. Receive a customized movement sequence for you to get all systems working properly again.
Private yoga classes to cater to your specific needs and movement goals.

I combine my professional experience as a yoga teacher, muscle activation practitioner, and licensed mental health counselor to support people in their journey to being pain-free and cultivating strength, stability, and confidence in body, mind, and spirit.
Oh, and we have fun too! What’s getting relief without some humor and laughter?
