This session is for those who want 1:1 yoga instruction to help identify postures that will support their pain-relief goals as well as understand the poses to avoid.
Learn modifications and alternatives to use when in regular yoga classes.
1:1 functional muscle assessment
This session is for those who want to better understand exactly what muscle system is not working properly, and where neuromuscular communication is disrupted the most.
I will develop a customized muscle activation exercise plan for you to follow to alleviate your pain.
coaching and therapeutics
This session is for those experiencing somatic pain and/or trauma-related tension and are wanting to find relief in mind, emotions, and body.

my 1:1’s are NOT for you if:
You are not open-minded or willing to look at yoga, stretching, and “exercise” differently.
You are not willing to change what you are doing. (You can't change your circumstances by doing the same things you are doing now.)
You are not willing to take at least 10 minutes a day to practice at home.
You are not willing to reflect on any of the counterproductive behaviors/patterns that come up, that are interfering with your overall fulfillment, happiness, and ability to be pain-free.
