This session is for those who want 1:1 yoga instruction to help identify postures that will support their pain-relief goals as well as understand the poses to avoid.

Learn modifications and alternatives to use when in regular yoga classes.

1:1 functional muscle assessment

This session is for those who want to better understand exactly what muscle system is not working properly, and where neuromuscular communication is disrupted the most.

I will develop a customized muscle activation exercise plan for you to follow to alleviate your pain.

coaching and therapeutics

This session is for those experiencing somatic pain and/or trauma-related tension and are wanting to find relief in mind, emotions, and body.

my 1:1’s are NOT for you if:

  • You are not open-minded or willing to look at yoga, stretching, and “exercise” differently.

  • You are not willing to change what you are doing. (You can't change your circumstances by doing the same things you are doing now.) 

  • You are not willing to take at least 10 minutes a day to practice at home.

  • You are not willing to reflect on any of the counterproductive behaviors/patterns that come up, that are interfering with your overall fulfillment, happiness, and ability to be pain-free.
